I’m a Life Coach!

Hello and Happy New Year!

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for sticking around and being patient with me as I have not put up a blog post since May! 2019 was definitely a year to remember for me. It was crazy-busy, eye-opening, exciting, transformative and tiring and I feel like it went by so quickly.

I spent the majority of last year working on me. I went to college at the weekends to train in Life and Executive coaching which was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was hard work and meant I had little or no free time which definitely wasn’t easy, but it quite literally changed my life and taught so much about myself. I met amazing people, pushed myself out of my comfort zone, went to a Life Coach, coached my very own first clients and watched them transform with my help, which was surreal, and I have now come out the other side. I graduated and received my qualification right before Christmas.

SO, here I am, in January 2020, a qualified Executive and Life Coach and I am SO excited to see what 2020 has in store.

While I am thrilled to get up and running in my very own side business this year, I also promised myself in December that I would take my time with this, and with everything else life throws at me this year. I have a full-time job that comes with its own pressures and I want to ensure that I don’t burn out. I want to be as present as I can be this year and appreciate all the good things and people I have in my life. I feel there is a huge amount of pressure on us at this time of year to take on the world, get fit, look a certain way, eat a certain way, etc. I understand that it is a mindset thing that works for some people and if you want to make 2020 your year that is amazing and by all means, go for it, but it’s also okay to remind ourselves that yes, we can do anything, but not everything. Take 2020 at your own pace, do what is best for you and your wellbeing and remember, there is no pressure on you to change anything or become someone else.

I have some exciting projects planned for the next few months and I will also be taking on some coaching clients. If you or your business are interested in coaching or would like to learn more about what coaching actually is, please feel free to reach out to me.

This was just a short post to check in, say hi and let you know what I have been up to these past few months. I plan to start writing more blog posts again this year as I enjoy it so much and would love to hear your feedback on how you find them. Please let me know what kind of topics you would like to see discussed this year, I would love to hear your ideas!

Thanks for reading & talk soon,
